Our roots as a family-run enterprise assure that a cooperative and relaxed working atmosphere is still in the focus of attention, even after 20 years in business. With no distinction between warehouse staff, clerks or executives, we are one team, supporting each other and feeling responsible for one another, just as a family would do.
Since around 15 years, we have been cooperating with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to train tomorrow’s executives for various functions:
- Industrial clerk (m/f) (with additional qualification)
- Advertising manager (m/f)
- Chipping mechanic (m/f)
- Expert for warehouse logistic (m/f)
- Technical product designer (m/f).
Together with our trainees and as early as in the first year of the traineeship, we establish focus areas in which they handle varied tasks independently and on their own responsibility, just like their colleagues. That way, they ensure that we can smoothly take them into a regular position after the traineeship. Due to the development of new markets and the extension of our product range, we are permanently enlarging our workforce and are always open for new ideas.
